We provide digital vehicle inspection reports to customers across the United States and Canada. All reports are sent electronically via email, usually within two hours of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available before the inspection report has been delivered.
Once the report has been generated and sent to the customer’s email, it is non-refundable.
If a customer does not receive the report within two hours, they must notify us within 24 hours of purchase for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The report has already been delivered.
Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer (e.g., wrong VIN or license plate).
The customer changes their mind after the report has been delivered.
The customer disagrees with the content or findings of the report.
All reports are based on publicly available data and visible vehicle information available at the time of processing.
Exceptions
A full or partial refund may be issued only if:
The report was not delivered due to a technical error or system failure on our end.
The customer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase and the report has not yet been processed or delivered.
